Affiliate Disclosure

Amazon Associates Program

Gardening Math is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. This means that if you click a link to a product on Amazon from our site and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission — at no additional cost to you.

How This Affects Our Recommendations

GardeningMath may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links, at no additional cost to you. Product recommendations are chosen because they fit the planning tasks our calculators cover — spacing, bed sizing, seed starting, soil, mulch, and watering. Commissions do not influence calculator results or the formulas in our guides.

Unless a page says otherwise, we have not hands-on tested the products we link to; recommendations are based on published specifications and how they fit the math. Most of our links go to Amazon search results for a product category rather than a single listing, and we don’t publish prices, ratings, or availability, since those change on Amazon.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Pages containing Amazon affiliate links include a disclosure notice near the links themselves. Affiliate links point directly to Amazon.com, are labeled as going to Amazon, open in a new tab, and are marked with rel="sponsored", consistent with FTC guidance on disclosing commissioned links. Amazon does not endorse this site.
